Xcela mobile is a mobile development company that evolved from a company called Tourspot. Xcela’s focus is on development speed for the purpose of delivering mobile products to market faster.
As a reflection of the company’s goal, the brand concept behind Xcela is speed. Counterspace developed an identity that represented motion using pixels and the first letter in Xcela. We matched this mark with a typeface that evoked the reflective shapes through it’s serifs and it’s weight variation.
The next step in Xcela’s brand development was to develop an interface design that complemented the new identity. We provided Xcela with an interface design that had a flexible layout to accommodate future growth and changes that occur with a start up company.
