When we were approached by SpaFinder, they had just undergone an expensive overhaul of their user experience. The recommendations and implementation of which created a confusing hard to use website.

We worked alongside the internal technology team to arrive at an improved implementable information architecture that was easier to use, and create a soft on brand interface design that was welcoming, warm and inviting.

Working closely with SpaFinder decision makers we worked on this particular project developing the design and IA at the same time, while not the ideal situation, we were able to create both in a reduced timeframe.

We approached the design of the new SpaFinder by creating a softer framework of colors that echo the spa industry and cleaning up the IA as much as the technology team allowed. The newly launched website has been a game changer for SpaFinder, who has seen an increase in traffic and sales, but they have also become a leader amongst their competition.
