EVOLVING AN APPLICATION FOR A PUBLISHING GIANT
The Scholastic Track it application was originally designed to allow students, teachers and parents to track their reading skills during the summer. Built over many years and shifting technology teams, it needed a fresh start. Scholastic wanted to make the new version year round, connect to the Scholastic database, and be mobile first.
Utilizing an agile methodology, we collaborated with 3 technology groups, 3 business owners and 4 project managers to create consensus around what would become the all new Trackit™.
