Diono is a highly celebrated brand that has earned a loyal following for their safe and award winning Radian®RXT car seats and travel solutions. We developed an all new website to reposition the brand online driving conversion to sale across digital touch-points. We designed and launched a responsive desktop, tablet and mobile optimized website with a keen focus on search engine visibility.
Efforts helped drive 40% increase in car seat sales. Success of marketing goals over 9 months included increasing website traffic 40%.
After reviewing Diono’s marketing materials and understanding their vision and goals, we had a clear idea of what the site should look like and how it should function to drive conversions to sale and registration. We designed a clean site with a bold header, call outs and navigation that enables the products to standout and drive engagement with site visitors.
We worked through the IA determining the best locations for secondary and tertiary information resulting in a great user experience. Most importantly the Diono team, allowed us to seamlessly integrate with their company and environment which contributed to a successful launch and ongoing ability to optimize the experience. We were able to work as part of a team rather than as an outsider, from the outset we were included in strategic discussions on the business and marketing goals resulting in a website experience that is reflective of the brand, has a great user experience for shoppers, informative for those in the research stage and will last for many years.
