Rebranding an organization
Columbia Neurosurgeons was working with Mokamedia, a multimedia and development firm, to enhance their web technology. Mokamedia, a firm we partner with on occasion, pulled us in to assist on the rebranding of Columbia Neurosurgeons. They were in the process of changing their name and wanted to update their identity to reflect the organization.
We began by researching neurology and simplifying different complex images of the spine, brain and neurons. The project went through multiple rounds of review and changes. The client arrived at a final version of interpretive images of the spine shaped into in the image of New Jersey.
Unfortunately, the client discovered that they were not allowed to change the name in the way they wanted, and the new identity was not able to be utilized.
