ComputerTel

ComputerTel is a UK based company and telecommunications specialist focusing on solutions for call recording, employee appraisal software, speech analytics, call handling and performance management solutions.

Their website was outdated from a number of viewpoints. Each page contained too much text, links and lacked a easy to navigate throughout the site. As a result internal management of the site’s content was difficult and led to more and more pages being created than was needed.

Counterspace first created a simple navigation system by consolidating their number of pages into easy to understand sections, and assisting them with good nomenclature choices for each section. We then created a new interface design by extending some of their existing brand elements, by introducing larger imagery and a simple typographic system for each page.

The final solution was implemented on the open source wordpress CMS, known for its elegant backend CMS. The simple CMS allows the internal ComputerTel team to update their content easily and quickly.
